P4 board which???

ASUS P4T-E: great performance and stability. With the right clock generator, you might be able to get it to 533MHz FSB and PC1066 level RDRAM.

ASUS P4B266: stable, performs well, huge overclocks possible on this board.

ASUS P4S333: fastest out-of-the-box with PC2700 DDR SDRAM, but does not overclock well.

I dont believe the P4B266-c has onboard audio either. The USB 2.0 and onboard audio and dif. between C and regular P4b266 as near as I can tell. Do either have onboard LAN? I am not sure on that. I am considering this board or the P4S333 also.

Neither one has LAN. Seeing as how there are still few USB2.0 devices, and most people use sound cards is it worth $40 more for just one more DIMM on the P4B266 than on P4B266-C? I am really leaning toward P4B266-C.

The USB 2.0 available is apparently problematic also. The chipsets with it integrated are yet to be released.

AndyHui why do you say the SiS version does not o'erclock well? I have not run across any info like that except for the voltage limitations on a specific board -namely the MSI 645 Ultra which still seems to do fine with the 1.6A @ ~2200 +

The new SiS 645DS (formerly 646) with 533 FSB support is supposedly in volume production this month so expect new P4 DDR boards in March.
