P4 and MMX

helpmeout

I ran the configuration tool for ATI Multimedai Center today, and it tells me my CPU does not support MMX.

CPU: P4, Northwood 3ghz, 800mhz FSB.

Well, I know this CPU supports MMX, so my question is: Does it have to be enabled in some way? Thanks for any info/help.

Thank you both for the response. I ran the utility, and, as I knew, the processor does support MMX. There is no place in the BIOS to enable/disable, so back to the ATI "messed up" support site to hunt for drivers, I guess.
