p4 533MHz or 800MHz FSB

Just curious.. which one of the two OC better than the other?
I think the 533MHz would be easier to OC beacause it don't need mega-über memory like a pc3700 module?! But I don't know the answer...

But if you have pc3200 400MHz memory sticks.
Then you don't do better than 400MHz FSB (800MHz quadpumped)?!!
Wouldn't you need like a pc3500 or a pc3700 to run at higher speeds?

And what does the E and C stand for (i.e 2.8E and 2.8C)?
Whitch one is the better one for OC?
What about 1mb cache and 512kb cache?
 
Why do you guys say upfront 800 ?!?

On air, people get on average about 15/20% jump, while on the 533 most would give 25/35% gain...
