P4 533FSB CPU running in 400FSB motherboard...

Is it possible to run a 2.8 P4 533FSB CPU in an Intel D845GB motherboard even though it is 400FSB board? If so, will performance drop severely or system run unstable?😕
 
Well, @ 100MHz FSB (400MHz quad pumped) you will only be running the 2.8 @ 2.1GHz. You should either get a new motherboard, or a 2.6GHz cpu instead.
