p4 3.0c temps

how hot is it safe to let these chips get?

at 230fsb under load im getting around 60c.

50c idle.

i want to know how much further i can oc this thing

I see you are using the IC7. That is known for reporting higher temps. You can check out the Abit forums there is alot of info there about it.
