P4 2.4 SL6RZ MALAY

Well I wasn't in the overclocking market but I ordered a Dell for a friend and had to check the CPU. God, I'm a nerd.

Anyhoo it's a SL6RZ MALAY. I did a search and it seems to be a good chip, is it? Should I snag it for my rig and give him my older 2.4? He doesn't care, he's not a tweaker like me.

Pull it and try it.Yeah the SL6RZ Malay was good but the best one was the Costa Rica SL6RZ I think week 52.All you can do is try it cause they vary.

actually john ~ according to intels website, there are some D1 stepping 2.26b in BOX and OEM out there..... somewhere

definately worth a try if i can get ahold of one
