Jhites - Thanks! Do you think the Write Combining may be holding me back a bit?
I wish I could say yes, but alas I think that it is the Q fab.
I had a Q304 2.4b SL6RZ Multi VID - 174 was about it for me
Every L fab has been 180+

Just a thought I will throw out there. Anyone that has the 29160 card that has high fsb, please speak up.

As thor has pointed out as well as long as the agp/pci stays in spec it should be a non-issue.....

SL6RZ 2.4b Tray Cpus:

Q (Malay) Fab - These are the worst out of the bunch, usually are just stable at 3.06ghz (170fsb).
L (Malay) Fab - Definitely a lot better yields are coming out of this plant, most are reaching 180+fsb on these default vcore.
7 (Phillipines) Fab - Right there with the L (Malay) fab although may require more voltage.
3 (Costa Rica) Fab - These are by far the best chips out there. On a good board most are hitting 190+fsb default voltage or maybe lower voltage.

I have the Costa Rica SL6RZ. It passes memtest at 195fsb with default voltage, but won't boot to windows higher than 180fsb due to my motherboard. Once the 800fsb mobos are released, the Costa Rican SL6RZ will probably run 200fsb or higher.
