ah....its the willamette, not the new Northwood.

i went to Frys in Bay area last weekend and the only NW they had were 2.0 and 2.2 ghz. everything else was willamette. if it was NW, it would be a great deal...........

agreed, i think i would need a better mobo if i were gonna be overclocking anyway, although still good deal for the price!
