How high could you run it stably with the 350W PSU? I have a nice Antec 350W PSU and am hoping to run a 1.6A at 2.4Ghz on a P4S533.

Everything looks good but have you seen that some of the new 845E chipset boards are out. Newegg has the new BD7II and also the have the giga-byte board also. Just my thoughts I would go with the newer 845E boards because they are out now. Just my thoughts

My debit card maxed out for today. Should I get the 845E chipset or the current board I have now? I know the p4b266-c will overclock well, but what about the 845e?

Steelcity, An example would be when the power hungry Athlons came out and everyone was scrambling for bigger power supplies. I look at it as an insurance policy. If money is an issue I would go with the lower wattage.
