I'm not sure if it's due to the overclocking or not but on a cold start up - my peripherals are not recogized ie: cd-rom, dvd-rom, scanner, usb devices. Only thing that is recognized are hard drives and printer. After I do a restart everything is then recognized. Does anyone have this problem or know how i can fix it? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
 
there is a voltage booster jumper on the moboard. (upper left corner)
using that jumper will give your cpu 1.6v during a cold boot and fix your problem.

when adding addtional voltage from bios dont forget to add 0.1v to the listed options (cause of the jumper)
