P3V4X? which one is better?

I have a slot 1 PIII 700Mhz
256PC100 SDRAM
ASUS GeForce256DDR
Soundblaster Live
Maxtor HD's 40/20 7200rpm
Win98SE/Win2000 Pro Dual Boot

If you plan to overclock, there is no board better than the P3V4X. If you plan to stay at 100MHz FSB, then get an MSI BX Master.

Perhaps trying out on of the 815e based boards. They offer better memory performance than the VIA133A boards and better compatibility.

There is only one Slot1 board for i815e, AFAIK is kind of hard to find.
