P3/VIA to AthlonXP/VIA --> Reinstall WinXP?

I am looking to move from a P3/VIA 694X to an AthlonXP/KT133A, since both are VIA and use the same 4in1's, would I need to reinstall WindowsXP? I have it setup so nicely and don't want to spend all that thime tweaking it again.
 
If you don't want to do alot of tweaking I would agree to start fresh. Something always goes wrong with a motherboard switch. Something will be screwy and require ALOT of attention.
