I have this 700E s370 chip made in costa rica that has NO problem running 133*7(933) on a BH6 v1.0, were most of them like that? I was quite surprised

on a somewhat unrelated note, I just got a Visiontek 72725.0 GTS 32mb DDR Geforce2 card and this thing LOVES to run in the same setup with a core of 240mhz and memory @ 380mhz, pulling a respectable 3600 3dmarks in 3dmark2001 in 1024x768x32 noAA, i'm just amazed heh

Depends on the stepping, a good number of the cC0 stepping 700E's did 933MHz without overly much trouble, it was markedly much more unusual to see a a cBo stepping PIII 700E manage it though.

It is true that it was more common in the cC0 chips, but there were some good cB0 chips too. :)

yeah, i didn't even look at the specific stepping, i just set it 133*7 expecting it to fail and it didn't, works flawlessly at default voltage, on this board i can't break 3300 3dmarks though, I need a shuttle ak31 and athlonxp ;)

My cb0 700 happily does 975 with a good Taisol Heatsink. When my new memory arrives I will try 1050Mhz, Quite a few of the cb0s would do 933, it was allthe rage a couple of years ago
