P3 550e SMP? What do I need to specify?

I have an Abit BP6 running two 366's @ 550 (of course) and have been wanting some p3 love.

I understand that there are some p3s that will run on this board in SMP, and some that are unhappy. Specifically, I was looking at the p3 550e (because of the 100Mhz bus, and future 133mhz native dually boards) Just what do I need to nag whoever I order this stuff from about?

I would be thinking you want the P3-550E Socket 370 SL45T Retail CPU. The SL45T is cB0 stepping, which is SMP capable. There is no OEM version.

Make sure you get Powerleap PPGA -> FCPGA adapters as well.

You should get both CPU's at the same time and be sure they are from the same stepping (cB0) and have the same S-spec.

And be sure you're getting a 550E, not a 550. See:
