well, i set all the jumpers on 1-2 for cpu core and bus ,VIO to default,AGP default, keyboard default, now when i go into the the Bios
the speed of ram won't change ,i hit the F1 and it shows 7nds and the 8nds etc.,but i can't get it to change and make a setting ,then it shows its non ecc ram which i'd like to change to ecc because it is .

I don't think that can be changed on this board. you can change the cas, ras-cas, and ras recharge time from 3t to 2t, but that's about it as far as i remember. The only way to change the clock speed for the ram is to change the fsb.

Are you aking for cas timing or mhz?

In the Bios on a P2B use the pageup pagedown to select disable at the sdram configuration. then you can set the timings by hand. I do not know what to say about the ECC thing. If you mean change the mhz speed, well this is a BX board, ram runs at the same speed as your FSB just as ddiccico stated.
