If you have the center fan in the lower chamber, what would be the purpose of another fan? You already have the power supply fan and the center fan sucking the air in the front.

He doesnt have room for the central mounted bottem chamber fan from what I understand. Thats why he wants to do the mod 🙂 It will however, take away from the silence of the case.
