P0603 SES Code

Showed up after I disconnected my battery to install speakers. Google search revealed a discussion about the same OBD code coming up on a Ford truck, with the same description (Internal Control Module, Keep Alive Memory Error), and the solution being to just clear the code as it's caused by disconnecting the battery. Is it safe to assume I'm set if I clear it?

Call a dealership tomorrow and see what they say. I assume it's still under warranty, so if all else fails, take it in and let them figure it out

Thanks, but I looked the code up on NissanClub and knew what it was for, I just wanted to know if it was safe to reset it and just ignore it. I've driven 70 miles since I reset it and it seems fine.
