Uhm, being left doesn't mean being radical, except in the weird kind of reality your media portrays to you. But they are still left wing on your political scale.

I never used the word radical, as I don't believe them to be, and living where I do being left is usually the norm.

While Rand Paul doesn't seem to have the ability or will to actually do anything useful, then he at least doesn't seem to be living completely in denial of reality.
