For someone who currently have a parliament with 11 parties represented (without counting those from Greenland and Faeroe Islands), my understanding is that the Democrats spans from left to center-right, which in Denmark currently takes 5-6 different parties :p
Denmark is a progressive country - I'm curious, what policies and actions of our Democratic party are on the left side of your own political spectrum?

I don't thing the left wing is a majority, so they don't hold so much power. But you have politicians as AOC or the new Major of New York, which clearly are to be considered left. I also don't know so much about actual legislation on American politics, so I don't think I could point much out. But something like Bidens inflation reduction act, with focus on green energy could be considered center-left.
