You have to impeach him in the House and convict him in the Senate…THEN you can try him for his criming. ( fat chance those will happen to a Republican president)
Nope, then he goes into retirement with guaranteed salary and secret service protection for life.
Can't ever try him for such crimes, as they are no longer crimes if he was president when committing them (as long as a court agrees they were "official" acts, which for a Republican president and this Supreme Court, is apparently defined as any action taken while holding the office of President.)
