According to documentation only about 13% of the actual Latino population inside the US is actually undocumented but you wouldn't really know this based off of rhetoric from the Republicans where you would assume that pretty much just all of the Latinos are undocumented.

It's also really interesting that undocumented immigrants commit the least amount of crimes. It's actually the legal immigrants that commit more crimes. And mind you this is true even when you are accounting for population sizes.
