For those that have never filled a 4473 form, it clearly states that not answering all question honestly is a FELONY.

The question that bans Trump from purchasing a firearm...
21.c. Are you under indictment or information in any court for a felony, or any other crime for which the judge could imprison you for more than one year, or are you a current member of the military who has been charged with violation(s) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and whose charge(s) have been referred to a general court-martial

The question that Hunter Biden is accused of lying on when he purchased a gun...
21.f. Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?
Warning: The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside

True republican mantra. Rules for thee; none for mee

Sold guns, can confirm. Not sure about SC, but it's usually also a crime for the seller if they know any of those answers is a lie but sells a firearm anyhow.

I have purchased from Palmetto Arms in the past. They have 8 stores, mostly in SC, but also in NC and GA.

Selling or gifting that to Trump could cost them their FFL, which would basically shutter their business.

Didn't the Jacksonville mass shooter use an ar-15 from PSA? I found an article that says they stopped at that store. If that is true he is one sick SOB.

Here is the source but it's very left leaning.

Steps to buy a firearm from an FFL

Fill out the 4473, (lying on this form is a felony)
FFL asks for identification, and they either call the NICS, or submit electronically for approval.
  • If the NICS responds with a "proceed", the sale can be completed.
  • If the NICS responds with a "denied", the sale canNOT be completed.
  • If the NCIS does NOT respond with either "proceed" or "denied" the buyer can pick up the gun after 3 business days.
It's a flawed system...

One of the many problems with this system, it’s up to local police, sheriff’s offices, the military, federal and state courts, Indian tribes and in some places, hospitals and treatment providers, to send criminal or mental health records to the NICS. Some do, some don't.

Some states just don't report.

The system has failed many times... primarily because of poor reporting by agencies or mental health facilities that should have submitted information to the NICS. The VA tech shooting, the 2017 Texas church shooting.
Dylan Roof (Charleston, SC church shooting) got his gun after the 3-day waiting period, because of a clerical error at the jail he was held in a few months prior in Columbia, SC.
