The above 'pulling a shapiro' is very much related to Brandolini's law;

Yeah, Twitter was stealth updated to reverse crippling changes.

Locking in a ~3.5% increase in K-12 education every year forever, (or at least until legislative super-majority or new governor can reverse) is pretty decent starting point.

Especially funny when the powers that enable the Governor to do this were enacted by the GOP (a term or 2 ago?)
