You do know that the majority of those planes are Boeing 707s designed for comercial airlines. The Air Force loves to use the engines from 707's to replace engines of the C-135 Stratolifter, rather than repair an aged no longer produced engine.

The closest 28 in that photo are B-52s. You go ahead and point out the 707s, we will wait.
That is Davis Monthan AFB. It is not the commercial airliner graveyard located about 150 miles to the west.
I took a quick scan and there is not a 707 in sight.

I see probably a full squadron of B-1s? So we have that going for us.

You are thinking of kc-135 stratotankers and they were all re-engined years ago with hi by pass turbo fans replacing the turbojets that were used on 707s and the kc-135 when they were new. The US has retired roughly half the number KC-135s that were originally built and uses the bone yard to keep the rest flying.
However that is a picture of c-141s and B-52s.
