Just wait. If we ever get to 90+% vaccinated status then most of the ICU stays and deaths will be from the breakthrough infections and the anti-vaxxers will be like, “ see vaccinations kill people”.
Even at 90%, substantial majority of deaths/hospitalizations would still be of the unvaccinated based on current track records. Note with roughly half of country vaccinated, 98-99% of COVID hospitalizations/deaths are of the not fully vaccinated. Extrapolating, we'd have to be at something like >95% vaccination levels before the case counts would start to even out.
And 95+% vaccination simply isn't going to happen in the US -- we struggle to make it to 95% on measles for school children now, even with that vaccination being mandatory in all 50 states.
