Good point. Pieces of filth are usually past the point of no return. However, as we see by Trump, pieces of human garbage do get followers if left unchecked. And I'd argue the Democrats weren't willing to confront Trump where it counted, because they stupidly assumed most people could not also be such pieces of shit
