Man that's a side of mandalorian fandom I figured existed but luckily had never really seen until now.

It seems I can't go anywhere these days, as much as I avoid it, without douches in every corner spoiling Mandalorian for me. :( (still haven't watched any of it)

It's getting to become casual conversation nonsense (that was never a problem with Game of Thrones, and really still wouldn't be to this day...because GoT is as basically as old as that show is--no, I don't care about book dorks. still don't and never will--but the Star Wars world is more than 40 years old now, and I've been dedicated to that shit for all of those years. ....I'm just less inclined to deal with Disney right now, but I will.)

Anyway, point being, is that I've learned that the slightest off the cuff comment means A LOT MORE with this series than any other to date, because it has already long been established culture, whether or not you know anything about this latest nerd fad, set within that culture. :D

I dunno. defending the self-righteous anti-democracy coward that is Julian Assange (Assange is not Wikileaks), insurrectionist Trump supporters justifiably arrested for, well, anti-democratic insurrection, and fascist Putin...not sure any of that is, well, not a fucking Russian plant. Her entire screed is "Everyone hates Russia, how dare you!" ....Everyone actually has a point

Pretty much every thing she rages about there is a bullet point list of Putin grievances.

I like her balls and all, but she sounds like Alex Jones.

Money and war = bad! Yes, I agree.
Fascists = good ....to justify her argument...er what?

what i got out of her speech was that they are all hypocrites, always making noise about the rights of dissidents in nations they are against all the while doing that same shit at home.....
I didn't see her say Fascists are good at all , in fact she was calling Navalny a fascist. I don't think not liking one set of fascists because they oppose the ruling fascists means she's saying fascists are good

lmao @ the look on her face

“Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past.”
