IMO what she's saying is that because Trumpers love the 2a, that means that only they love the Constitution, even though they hate the 19a (among others). It's the same hypocritical bullshit that Evangelicals push when they say that only they are Christians because they cherrypick the anti-homosexual passages in Leviticus while they ignore all of Christ's teachings of love and tolerance in the Gospels.
And yeah, it is fucking disturbing. But the way for Democrats to fix it isn't by continuing to attack the 2a or Christianity. Instead, they need to point out the obvious, ie that women would lose their 2a rights without the 19a, or that Christianity is not Christian without the teachings of Christ.
