I don't believe half those ads. Just read the first paragraph--the dialogue is just too god-damned far ahead of its time to be a real 50s-60s ad. Not that it's "Ahead of it's time and brilliant," the language is just wrong. It satirizes a thing (beards and fish eyes) that weren't really de rigueur at the time of the ad.....OK, unless it is specifically referring to shooting at Manson Family sociopaths and murdered that already could never have been a threat by the time of the ad, heh.
