Distractions already on the road like booze, and texting (and which kill folks) and the family in the car appears to be absolutely horrified at pot becoming legal and joining the already existing mix.

To me it seems like a comment on all the anti pot horror stories/propaganda that have increased as we've gotten closer to legalization here.

Or, I'm over reading it and it's simply a comment on adding something more to the pile of distractions that we already have.
