Looks to me like all of that has more to do with eugenics and PR than anything else, and the point remains that Sanger never actually said what you originally posted.

Whatever, the real point is thus: Hillary Clinton is a piece of shit that could best serve her country by jumping off a tall bridge, but you don't need to reinvent history to make that case. When you can't even be bothered to use fact against someone, no matter how awful, you legitimize them because it just makes you look like a rabid fool and they look good by comparison.

child care = good man could help look at kids
low wages = good men make more
exhaustion = good man could help her get sleep
lack of education = good man could help her get through night school
unemployment = looking nicer, having someone to look at the kids, sleeping, and going to night school will fix this if she majors in book keeping.

HOWEVER

It's likely that the man won't be as helpful as he could be, but rather a human subject to the same prejudices and systematic bigotry she is.
