For the most part, the American press is doing a terrible job. I think that cartoon is pretty much spot on as the press is far more interested in shit like 'sex scandal' than the ongoing destruction of little concepts like the rule of law. Your country has pretty much turned into a reality tv show as Trump and the Republicans take a daily shit on the country and the supposed ideals that it was supposed to have been founded on. Meanwhile the press is whining about Michelle Wolf. Yeah, whatever.

Yup it's still on the books but the judge in the appeal said it is unlikely to be found constitution or stand up. But it's still there technically!
