I used to live in an area with a lot of Bosnians and they'd have a lot of "Remember Srebrenica" signs everywhere. I reread the story because of everything going on and it's still just a gut punch. Things like the story of the woman getting raped while the Dutch soldier just sat there with his headphones on watching... absolutely horrifying.
