The linked article doesn't make any sense and I've never seen government tags with a flag to one side. Some states have US flags on them like that and GSA tags can have a faded flag in the middle. And those SUV while black don't look that official. The Limos have DC plates on them and the support vehicles if you zoom in have GSA US gov plates.

Those vehicles (in earlier image) have the MD war of 1812 license plate which confused me and yeah, they didn't look official, next to the fact that I don't think POTUS ever rides in a vehicle that isn't The Tank (or whatever it's called).

Look to the far left edge of the pic. You can see the top of it jutting above the rear vehicle. You'll notice it's taller that the other vehicles.

I had to repost this video someone else posted in another thread because of its awesomeness. All the little things like Mueller standing outside the precinct and what's on the wall behind him. Also the view from inside the car when Flynn is sliding over it with a Washington Post - WP - decoration hanging from the rear view mirror just adds to the awesomeness.
