that is weird, I can't even find SK on that list, either--pretty much every single girl now, and over the past decade or more, has had something done, and I think it starts at 13 or so. That is basically the most wanted gift as a young South Korean, and I think they have the highest concentration of plastic surgeons anywhere in the world. Most people now take surgery vacations to SK because it is cheaper and those surgeons are highly skilled.

IN SK, it's apparently no different than getting your ear's pierced...except way more common .
