No wonder Hillary lost.

Hillary lost the election by 43 electoral votes (not counting faithless electors). Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin account for a total of 46 electoral votes. Hillary lost those 3 states by 10,704, 44,292 and 22,748 voters respectively or a combined total of 77,744.

Thus in effect, Hillary was 77,747 votes short of winning the necessary electoral votes to win the electoral college.
