Just to give an idea and some modern day relevance to how stupid that flag is; just imagine that flag was the flag of ukraine with the underneath being Russia’s flag. What message would that be saying exactly? It would say, Russia owns ukraine and is not a sovereign nation. That’s a threat, a threat to ukraine and Ukrainians. So why would a USA flag, hiding a confederate flag be any different?
