Damn liberal college professors.
As a former Michigander, Ferris state is/was the bottom of the barrel, currently with a 49% graduation rate. I can understand someone going to a mediocre school because it is conveniently close...however this is a terrible school that is in the middle of nowhere.

Well I'd reason to guess "Ferris State" doesn't have the greatest physics and astronomy department if one of their professors believes the shit he wrote in that letter.

The answer is "yes." There's no provisions for excluding a former President from protection based on circumstances. The rules were made on the assumption the President wouldn't be a convicted felon, but all the same...

As it stands, I can't imagine him going without protection in prison. He'd be shanked before his first week was over.
