The rules are a little different in P&N. The refs tend to let the players play. Trolling has to approach near-epic levels to catch the mod's eye. The P&N forum was created to divert this kind of activity away from the more civilized activities that occur in OT. So you shouldn't be shocked to find it there.

Restating what is in the link and following it up with "The resident rich republicans here are all for it" is not contributing anything to the discussion. He rarely brings any of his own thoughts and ideas to the discussion. His normal post is "The rich republicans (insert inane comment here)." How is that contributing?
