P 3 800/133 fcpga at 100 Mhz - works?

Hi,
I have an older MSI 6163 mobo runing cel 300@450 I have a chance to get a P3 800@133, will it work ok at 100 FSB?

I know its underclocking but the AGP will not work at 133 (does only 2/3 ratio)

BTW - I have an Iwill slotket 2 so Vcore sholud be o.k. (I hope)
