Most peoples ratings aren't very high because the only time people vote normally is to give people a low rating.

I turned mine on just to see what would happen. I've since learned that the ratings system was implemented for traders in the FS/FT forum. When the sale or trade goes down exactly as expected or promised, you're supposed to give the user a 10.

When people piss you off by there resposes...you can lower their rating....It is a scale of how many people like you and your opinions!
