You will be alright. Just get use to it.
You will be good as new in a few sessions time or so. Good to see your pushing it hard when you come back. THAT is the ONLY way I do if if I take a break longer then 4 sessions or so. Or to what my schedule says for me to do.
WTF with the arm? Mate go easy on the curls and do some tricep work also to help that problem out. Do some dips at the end after your bicep stuff, otherwise you end up like a freak wrestler and won't be able to bloody straighten your arm out!
Always do stuff to a full range of movement. ESPECIALLY on chins. Go RIGHT TO THE BOTTOM until your arm is locked out straight, then pull up. Don't do half assed ones! That piss's me off and I all too often see it......
