Owner of another

me and some buds run a forum, and we have a guy there, he never breaks the rules, but he never does anything constructive either. He has a huge post count and every bit of it is useless. He even started a topic called the spam room, just so he could post useless crap to raise his post count. Does anyone have any ideas of a nice way to get rid of the guy?

we thought about deleting his spam thread each week, then it would not effect everyone's post count, say your crap, stays for a week, then gone... But that'd be a pita. We're near a ban, but he hasn't technically done any wrong...
