It some term that some loser kid used once and the whole computer geek world adapted it kinda like "you got knocked the f-ck out" for other people back when Friday came out. Don't sweat it, it's retarded and nobody with any kind of intelligence would ever say it in a quality social setting.

Ummm friends of mine who are total idiots about computers say owned all the time. It's used a lot in sporting events and pretty much anything with a competitive nature. n00b.
