Sweet! Now SVNLA back at it again!

To be fair, he's too easy to push into rage mode. I mean, just look at that sig. :D

the best part, is that he kinda nominated himself by bringing up something not directly related to him.... :D

Really?

The bitch (not lotus) lied and accused me of things that I did not do or say and it did not directly related to me? Did you even bother to read the links?

Rage mode? Nope. Just telling the facts.

The rage is better than the original thread honestly. Such anger at such a petty thing.

I want to change my vote to the accidental landlord. Lived at home for forever, claims his parents successes as his own, then all of a sudden he is a big time landlord. Full of LULZ.

first purchase does not necessarily equal first home

First purchase: "A few months after my 24th birthday I purchased my first property with a six figure down payment (all funded my from own savings) and mortgaged the rest."

First home: "I was able to bankroll each paycheck from the start of my career, enough to make a 35% down payment on my first house when I was 24. My dad even gave me a house-warming present"

Clearly the same.

Just give up, mooch. You aren't smart enough to lie convincingly. If you go cry to daddy about it, maybe he'll buy you another car.

Wait. Wouldn't this mean that he didn't have to pay rent to his family like he claimed?

Holy hell you guys! I don't remember this many quality entries. And some of those threads have multiple nominees.
