OWL-611-SILENT (with 400 WATT Seasonic ATX 12v Version2.0)

Looks like a Chenbro - should be a good one but that model doesn't cost half that much here. May lack a reset button as several models in the 611 series don't have one. Japanese tariffs are wicked - so try to find something made there if possible.
