I confess that I can't type 100WPM, more along the lines of 50-70WPM. Still, it gets the job done.

Afraid not. Middle fingers do 90%, and pointer finger handles the space bar. Probably not the most efficient setup. Wish I learned home row properly.

I type correctly - took a class in high school, and I've never gone back to my old "hunt-and-peck" ways. I do agree though...a lot of the other programmers I have worked with don't know how to type.

i don't know how to type correctly. tried to learn a few times but i always give up, it's too hard and awkward.

So don't call me a troll. I've said it many times. I'm not a troll. I don't accept it when people call me that.

I know how, but I have always been too lazy to stick to the proper home keys method. I only get 80 WPM on average, so maybe if I started to actually type the proper way, and spray painted my keyboard black (to enhance touch typing - I think I'll paint it tomorrow) I could type faster.
