hey bro and lady bros, i have a 1700 at 4ghz and sli 980tis oced to 1500 mhz
i see alot of people on youtube hitt 300 fps constantly where as my fps can bounce around from anywhere between 220 to 280 ish
i play at 1440p with everything on low cpu usage on the highest core never really goes over 60 percent
gpus are in the 40s
no thermal throtteling
thing i have tried cpu boost on steam to forcvce the game to run on only cores and not threads. no differance.
disabled sli and ran single card, slight differance will hit 300 more regular but will not stick despite only 70 percent gpu usage and 60 percent on the highest core
am i doing something wrong ?
