I've been reading mixed reviews about Chase credit cards, and was wondering what your guys' experiences are. I'm checking out the Overstock.com Chase Visa credit card, but I'm a little but unsure at this point? Any opinions?

I've had a chase visa card for over a year and use it all the time. Not one problem and managing your account online is really simple. I have a rewards card and once I get my $50 in cashback accumulated, I go online and click redeem and they send me a check that's here in literally 2 days. They're good. They lower my interest when I ask them and increase my credit line when I ask them too.

hmmm...that's what I was thinking. My mom said they're a good bank, but the reviews I read where about how Chase increased their rate when they sent a payment a few days late. I guess if you take care of the bank, they take of you, right?

How long did you have the card open before they lowered your APR?

Well it was my first card and I had a high interest rate. I asked them after about 6 months finally and they lowered it. I don't even know what my APR is, because I never carry a balance. Ever.
