Overpowered PSU?

Hey all, my enermax 350W is producing some strange readings:

VCore: 1.8 (set at 1.75)
+5: 4.97
+12: 12.35
-12: 12.27
-5: 5.50 <--- this is what im worried about, it's causing my alarms to go off, will this damage my system?

What app did you use to take the readings? Also did you forget to put - in front of the 5.5 or is that what is worrying you?

Voltage changes all the time, turn the alarm off.

+ or - ten percent is the normal limit. What is more likely to be causing trouble is a power supply that is spiking within this range. Filtering is more critical than regulation.

It fluctuates a lot on all motherboards.

i get the same -5.5 on my enermax 350w...haven't ever had any problems.
